These Terms govern access to and use of AmbizDC, a company workspace accounting application operated by AmbizDC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You may use AmbizDC to manage company accounting records, invoices, payments, expenses, contacts, banking labels, journals, reports, and related business information. You are responsible for ensuring that information entered into your workspace is accurate and lawful.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must keep login credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for user access, company records, and compliance obligations within their workspace. You must not attempt to access another company workspace without authorization.
No professional advice
AmbizDC is software and does not provide legal, tax, audit, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your company, jurisdiction, and reporting obligations.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Do not bypass authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, or rate limits.
- Do not use the service for illegal financial activity.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change over time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmbizDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or accounting/tax consequences arising from use of the service.
