How we use information

• Provide, secure, and maintain your AmbizDC Suite workspace.
• Authenticate users and keep company data separated by workspace.
• Generate invoices, reports, dashboard totals, and financial records.
• Improve reliability, security, and user experience.
• Comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, and security obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share data only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or work with trusted service providers such as hosting, security, analytics, payment, or infrastructure providers. Workspace data is intended to remain separated between companies.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including authenticated access and workspace-level data separation. No system is perfectly secure. Data may be retained as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.

Your choices

You may update account information through the app. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements. Workspace owners are responsible for managing company users and records.

Children

AmbizDC is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
